Who is the Director

   Virginia Mounsey ?  


 Virginia Mounsey has spent one and a half decades marketing some of the world’s most cutting edge brands in both Australia and the UK.  Her companies include Coke, Schick, Yoplait, Sanitarium, ACNielsen and Blackmores in roles from Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager.


Virginia was awarded the CEO hero award and Best  Marketing Strategy award whilst marketing manager at Blackmores for generating over $15million in incremental revenue.  At Coke Virginia was responsible for turning double digit decline into 20% double digit growth for the $200million flavoured softdrinks brand Kirks, on top of advising strategic repositioning of the Fanta, Lift, Sprite, Deep Spring and Appletiser.


As marketing manager for Schick the brand grew from $30million to $50million after Virginia launched Schick Xtreme 3, Schick Quattro and Schick Intuition, all revolutionary market firsts in the “cut-throat” razor industry. In the UK Virginia gave Yoplait a 20% lift by spearheading into the indulgent adult category. At Sanitarium Virginia launched a pioneering range of vegetarian foods from scratch, still thriving in grocery stores today as the Veggie Delights range.


On top of her marketing degree she is also qualified to teach and train marketing and is happy to take on any project or business. No job is too big or too small.


Most importantly, Virginia is a mum of 2 energetic boys and decided running her own business would give her a flexible schedule to balance family and work.
